Peak Barn is a petite but perfectly formed deli which brings together quality local produce and home baking to create a den of tempting treats!

The savoury counter has been a favourite since Peak Barn (formerley The Peak Barn Food Co) opened in September 2009. Steak and Stilton, Lamb and Mint and Cheese and Onion Pies can help create the perfect comforting dinner whilst the pork pies with apple and Stilton and the Huntsman pies with chicken and stuffing are the perfect partner for a fabulous summer salad. Superb cheeses from the Hartington Cheese Shop can be accompanied by local pickled onions, chutneys and relishes or even boxed to create a 'foodie gift from Derbyshire'.

Peak Barn home baking has proved so popular that chief cook and Peak Barn proprietor, Sally Raynor, has increased the range. Deliciously fresh lemon drizzle loafs and sumptuous carrot cakes are just some of the delights coming from the ovens of the Peak Barns' very own bakery in Hartington.

We are now stocking locally sourced fresh meat , portioned controlled for your convenience. If you require anything speacial please speak to Sally and she will pass on your request to the butcher.
